Sharon Stone odbierała nagrodę podczas Festiwalu Filmowego w Zurychu. Zapytana o sytuację społeczności LGBTQ+ w Polsce, aktorka nie ukrywała swojego oburzenia homofobiczną nagonką.
Kto z nas nie zna legendy Hollywood grającej m.in. w „Nagim Instynkcie”? Sharone Stone od lat angażuje się społecznie — m.in. wsparła polską akcję „Miłość nie jest ideologią”, która wspiera osoby LGBT+. „Miłość jest prawdziwa. Nie ważne kogo kochasz, ale że kochasz” – podkreśliła aktorka.
To właśnie dlatego w trakcie Festiwalu Filmowego w Zurychu, jeden z polskich dziennikarzy zapytał Stone o sytuację społeczności LGBT+ w Polsce. Aktorka jasno powiedziała, że jest oburzona tym, co dzieje się w naszym kraju.
„Po prostu uważam, że nikt nie powinien być traktowany inaczej niż pozostali. Jakakolwiek próba segregacji jest bzdurą. Dlaczego osoby homoseksualne mają komukolwiek mówić, z kim sypiają i jak uprawiają seks? Nikt nie zapytał mnie, jak uprawiam seks, z kim to robię, czy jestem na dole, ani co lubię w seksie. Uważam, że pytanie o to jest niestosowne i nosi znamiona przemocy” – komentowała Stone.
„Obraźliwe jest ocenianie ludzi przez ich seksualność, religię, kolor skóry albo rasę. To kolejna wymówka, by pozbawić kogoś prawa do pokazywania się i bycia widocznym.” – dodaje.

„Miłość nie jest ideologią”
Już 5 października w londyńskiej „Zebra One Gallery” rozpocznie się wystawa „Love is not an Ideology”, do której przyłączyła się Sharon Stone. Wystawa wspiera osoby LGBT+. Cały zysk z wystawy zostanie przekazany Federacji Znaki Równość. Na wystawie zobaczymy prace m.in. Andy’ego Warhola i Davida Hockneya.
