Tom Cruise Stanie Przed Polskim Sądem? Wpłynął Pozew ws. Mostu w Pilchowicach

W połowie 2020 roku media rozpisywały się o tym, że 114-letni most w Pilchowicach ma zostać wysadzony w ramach zdjęć do filmu „Mission Impossible 7” z Tomem Cruisem w roli głównej. Onet potwierdził wtedy, że w grudniu 2019 roku reżyser Christopher McQuarrie pojawił się w Pilchowicach, by na własne oczy zobaczyć most nad Jeziorem Pilchowickim.
Do wysadzenia mostu ostatecznie nie doszło. Po licznych protestach reżyser Alexander McQuarrie wydał oświadczenie, w którym wyjaśnił, że to polscy przedstawiciele zaproponowali zniszczenie mostu, a za późniejszą dezinformację jego zdaniem miała odpowiadać osoba, która mściła się za to, że nie dostała pracy przy filmie.

Jak informuje Onet, osobą, o której wspominał McQuarrie miał być Andrew Eksner, polsko-amerykański filmowiec, który od 25 lat pracuje w Hollywood. Teraz poinformował on o złożeniu pierwszego z trzech pozwów w tej sprawie.
Własnie złożyłem pierwszy z trzech pozwów przeciw Tomowi Cruisowi, Christopherowi McQuarriemu, Jimowi Gianopulosowi i Jake’owi Myersowi. Paramount Pictures myśli, że mogą przyjechać do Europy i zastraszać wszystkich na swojej drodze, ignorować/łamać prawo, gdziekolwiek tylko się pojawią, korzystać z korupcji i grozić napotkanym ludziom. Ze mną to nie zadziała – napisał na Twitterze Andrew Eksner.
Eksner twierdzi, że wszelkie działania z motem chciał załatwić w pełni legalnie. Jednak to doprowadziło do odsunięcia go od pracy nad filmem. Jego zdaniem produkcja wolała zatrudnić „typów spod ciemnej gwiazdy” ze znajomościami w polskim rządzie, którzy „nie boją się łamać prawa”.

Eksner zamierza dochodzić swoich praw w warszawskim sądzie. We wspomnianym wyżej wpisie oskarża Cruisa, Mcuarriego, Gianopulosowa i Mayersa o to, że „łamią prawo, gdziekolwiek się tylko pojawią, nie boją się korupcji i grożenia każdemu kto się im przeciwstawi”. „To się nie uda ze mną” – podkreśla. W złożonym pozwie filmowiec domaga się zapłaty za wykonaną przez siebie prace wraz z odsetkami.
